Booking Conditions Introduction to Landscape Photography Courses will only operate with a minimum of three clients. Accommodation on this course is optional and we can arrange this on a bed and breakfast basis. Film and processing costs are not included. If the course is cancelled by us for any reason, all monies paid by you to us including deposits will be refunded, but there can be no further liability on the part of Photographscotland. In the event that you have to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately and we will try to fill the vacancy, in which case we will refund your full deposit. If the vacancy cannot be filled, the cancellation fee will be the deposit only. The balance outstanding can be paid at the time of the course. We recommend that you insure your photographic equipment and obtain holiday insurance. Tour Locations in Scotland Tours will only operate with a minimum of three clients. The cost includes accommodation in single occupancy rooms, breakfast, lunch and dinner, transport to and from photographic locations, workshops and tuition. Deposits received after the tour is full will be refunded and alternative tours or tour dates may be offered. We would advise you to insure your photographic equipment and to obtain appropriate holiday insurance. Tour Locations Abroad Tours will only operate with a minimum of four clients. The cost includes accommodation in single occupancy rooms, breakfast, lunch and dinner, transport to and from photographic locations, workshops and tuition. Film and processing costs are not included. Although we can recommend flights, air travel to and from locations abroad is the responsibility of the passenger. Transfers from and to arrival and departure airports abroad is only provided for those travelling on the flights recommended by us. Passengers making their own flight arrangements must make their way to the specified hotel by 10 pm on the first day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled by us for any reason, all monies paid by you to us including deposits will be refunded, but there can be no further liability on the part of Photographscotland. In any other circumstances deposits are not refundable. The balance outstanding will be payable no later than eight weeks prior to the tour date. In the event of cancellation by you after this date, the balance is not refundable unless the vacancy can be filled by us. It is your responsibility to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover this eventuality. We would also advise you to insure your photographic equipment. We reserve the right to modify itineraries according to local conditions. |
